When will my order ship?
Our standard lead time is 1-5 business days. You should expect to get an email with tracking in that timeframe. Tracking may take 1-2 additional business days to show as scanned in by the shipping service.
Extended lead times may be announced via the site banner during trade shows, holidays, sales and special events where order volume increases substantially. Some orders will experience an additional 5-8 business days of lead time during those events, other orders will retain the normal lead time.
When will a product be back in stock?
If a product has a "Sold Out" badge it will most likely be back in stock within 2-4 weeks. If you sign up for an email notification our system will email you when that product restocks.
California shipping...
Due to the unconstitutional laws enacted as of Jan 1st 2026 we are required to check IDs for all customers ordering to California and add an Adult Signature on the delivery which adds additional costs and delays or annoyances. We are using a very secure system for that and your ID or information can be deleted upon request after ordering. We can also manually review your ID if you dont want it processed automatically. Please contact your Representatives to push back against this type of legislation that infringes on rights.
